JOB DESCRIPTION
Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is searching for a talented Senior Food and Beverage Manager to help lead their team! The ideal candidate will have full availability including weekends and holiday. This leader will primarily be supporting Olive & Sea!
The ideal candidate has at least three years of food and beverage leadership experience and thrives in a high‑energy, service‑driven environment. We’re seeking someone who is hungry, positive, energetic, collaborative, and experienced with menu changes, activations, vendor relations, and buyouts. This leader will oversee an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and a Supervisor, report to the Director of Food and Beverage, and partner closely with the culinary team, including the Sous Chef and Culinary Supervisor. Union experience is a plus, but not required.
Shift Pattern: Full-time role requiring open availability for both morning and evening shifts based on business needs.
