2. 具备良好的衣物识别能力，能够根据衣物材质和洗涤要求进行正确处理。
3. 熟练操作各类洗衣设备，具备基本的设备维护与故障排除能力。
4. 工作细致认真，注重细节，有良好的时间管理和组织能力，能在高压环境下保持高效工作。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与客人及团队成员有效沟通，解决洗衣过程中遇到的问题。
6. 身体健康，能够承受体力劳动，适应轮班工作制度。
7. 对酒店业充满热情，愿意不断学习新知识，提升个人技能与服务水平。
