As an F&B Attendant – Russian Speaker, you will be responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and personalized food and beverage service to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and hygiene. The successful candidate will be confident in communicating with Russian-speaking guests and will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences in line with Fairmont standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service throughout the guest experience.
• Communicate confidently with Russian-speaking guests in Russian, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take and accurately process guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are communicated to the relevant team members.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menus, promotions, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, and feedback.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including mise-en-place and replenishment.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate concerns to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
• Promote additional food and beverage offerings where appropriate to maximize guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Participate in hotel training programs and continuously develop product and service knowledge.
