Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
• Provide information on prices, product features, and benefits.
• Support customers throughout the shopping and payment process.
• Deliver customer service according to the standards of the hotel/resort/shop.

Sales & Revenue

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Introduce new products and promotional programs to customers.
• Support upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.

Merchandising & Inventory Management

• Arrange and display products according to the shop’s standards.
• Monitor daily stock levels and participate in stock-taking.
• Report shortages, damages, or product issues promptly.
• Ensure products are clean, organized, and well-presented.

Operations & Cashiering

• Handle sales transactions using the POS system.
• Issue invoices and provide gift-wrapping when required.
• Manage cash following operating procedures and perform end-of-shift balancing.
