What you will be doing:

• Keep the ski storage room organized and updated with current guest information.
• Assist guests and owners with their ski and snowboard equipment, including basic usage and fitting.
• Provide personalized orientation of the area and slopes in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the ski valet room as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service.
• Use reservation software to ensure guest equipment is ready each morning and properly stored afterward.

Your Experience and Skills Include:

• A service-focused personality is essential; prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work weekends and powder days as needed.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
  • Constant standing and walking; frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and twisting.
