Job mission:

We are looking for someone passionate about the digital ecosystem and specializing in Social Ads, responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns for direct clients and MeliaPRO. You will play a key role in achieving business objectives, working in coordination with the Media Planning and E-commerce teams in the assigned market, contributing strategic vision, analytical skills, and a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Functions

• Plan, execute and optimize Social Ads campaigns on different platforms.
• Analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
• Work across departments with internal teams from Media Plan, E-commerce and other stakeholders.
• To propose new ideas, formats, audiences, and creative approaches that boost performance.
• Stay up to date on trends, news and best practices in the paid social ecosystem.
• Manage campaigns with autonomy, proactivity and a results-oriented approach.

What are we looking for?

• +2 years of experience managing Social Ads campaigns in a performance environment.
• Solid experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Training in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media or similar.
• Very high level of English.
• Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile.
• Proactive person, with initiative and a desire to constantly contribute new ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Genuine interest in digital trends, innovation, and new platforms.

We will especially value

• Experience in the travel/e-commerce sector.
• Knowledge of measurement, tracking, and attribution.
• Experience working with performance objectives and full funnel campaigns.
