About the location:

• Recomendar vinos a los clientes en función de sus preferencias, el menú y el maridaje.
• Asegurar una experiencia de alta calidad, cumpliendo los estandares de Four Seasons
• Preparar el material necesario para cada servicio como por ejemplo el fajinado de copas
• Realizar el re-stock de las cavas de vinos
• Participar activamente en el servicio en sala

Requisitos:

• Formación certificada como Sommelier o en curso.
• Experiencia como sommelier o en un puesto similar en hostelería de alto nivel.
• Conocimiento de vinos nacionales, destilados y otras bebidas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
• Inglés intermedio/avanzado
• Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos.
