We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As Sous Chef, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, working closely with our Executive Chef to maintain exceptional food quality, lead kitchen staff, and ensure seamless service during all meal periods. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Plan, organize, and direct all food preparation activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development
• Assist in menu planning and development, bringing innovative ideas while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to organizational standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and supply chain to optimize resources and minimize waste
• Ensure strict compliance with all health codes, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards specific to UAE requirements
• Properly measure, portion, and prepare all food items according to established specifications and quality guidelines
