The Role of Spa Attendant:
We currently have an opportunity for a Spa Attendant to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Spa Director, this person must be passionate and committed to provide first-class service following Four Seasons Standards and ensuring guest needs are met. The main responsibilities to perform include: Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of all Spa areas, including: lockers, swimming pool and fitness. Provide guests with locker room orientation.
Offer tours and be able to explain all facilities to guests and visitors.
Our Ideal Spa Attendant:
As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Spa Attendant should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and solve problems are paramount.
