POSITION SUMMARY
Spa Attendant
Greets guests and provides service while they are in the Spa locker room and lounge areas. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitization of Spa facilities at all times including showers, lockers, restrooms and all other touch points ensures proper stocking of linens and supplies in the Spa locker room and lounge areas according to Spa procedures and standards. Provides a warm welcome to all guests and anticipate their needs. Promotes and up-sells services and products as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required
• Guest service skills, eye for detail, ability to multi task in a fast pace environment
• High cleanliness standards, the ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times and the ability to lift 35 to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or over
• Able to work week days, weekends, evening shifts, and holidays
