Spa Attendant

As a Spa Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring facilities are ready for guest use such as the vitality pool, sauna and stock of towels in changing areas
• Take care of our relaxations rooms; stocking up teas, coffees, fruit baskets.
• Change bedding on relaxation beds after guest use.
• Roll hand towels, clean guest slippers by following procedure.
• Collect and separate linen for therapist and guest use.
• Help with deliveries for Spa

As a Spa Attendant, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

We are looking for customer focused Spa Attendants who delivers iconic service to our guests. Previous attending experience in a spa or wellness environment is desirable.
