POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain cleanliness and order of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounge areas, wet areas, and back-of-house spaces. Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each service according to spa hygiene standards. Ensure proper placement and replenishment of amenities in treatment rooms, locker rooms, and pool areas.
Collect, sort, and dispose of used linens and trash in designated areas, following safety and hygiene procedures.
Stock and restock towels, linens, slippers, robes, and spa supplies throughout the spa facilities. Refill hospitality stations with water, tea, and refreshments, ensuring cleanliness at all times. Secure supplies, equipment, and storage areas at the end of each shift. Monitor spa facilities to ensure a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment for guests. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to the Supervisor or Engineering department. Support spa therapists and operational staff with daily setup and breakdown tasks. Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Occasionally assist guests by providing basic information or directions within the spa when required, while maintaining a discreet and professional presence.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
