As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

• Warmly greet and welcome guests to the spa, providing a positive first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and modifications using our booking software
• Offer detailed information about spa treatments, services, and packages to guests
• Assist guests with selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
