About the role
The Spa Coordinator proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.

What you will do

• To greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa.
• To arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests.
• To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and comfort.
• To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies, procedures, and standards.

What you bring

• A passion for the health and wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High grooming standards and a professional demeanour.
• 6 months and upwards of work experience in a hotel or spa, preferably within the high-end/luxury market.
• Proactive attitude, punctuality, and a genuine, welcoming smile.
• Ability to push and lift up to 75lbs (including the movement of clean and used linen carts to and from laundry areas).
