OSITION SUMMARY

Spa Coordinator

Responsible for attracting group guests to the Spa by using different marketing strategies and applying strong verbal and written communication skills. Coordinating reservations, group bookings and special requests. Creates and coordinates special services for groups including group gifting programs, group amenities, group turndown gifts, letters and invitations, creating special spa services for specific groups and spa contract addendum negotiation. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Promote and up sell all spa products and services. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Company. 

• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). 
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Assisting in developing and achievement of annual budget. Site Inspection facilitation.  Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, enhance Spa experience, and handle guest inquiries and opportunities.  Must enjoy interacting with guests, working as part of a busy team in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidates will have:
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication, computer skills required, strong sales and negotiation skills
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Previous front desk/spa operations and sales experience in a 4/5 star hotel required.
