The Spa Receptionist is responsible for arranging the spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests. They will greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa. The Spa Receptionist responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.

We are looking for people that are passionate about creating a relaxing and calming experience for our Spa guests. One to two years previous experience in a supervisory level position within a luxury Spa is preferred. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
