About the role:

As a Spa Manager, you will lead the operational and financial direction of AVA Spa, ensuring flawless guest experiences and the highest standards of service. You will oversee spa performance, guide a diverse team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the spa’s offerings, marketing presence, and overall success.

What You will do:

• Manage and oversee all Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants, and freelancers.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and treatment quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party providers.
• Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventories, and pricing strategy.

What You will bring:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-development skills.
• Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to innovate, integrate, and elevate spa offerings.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
