Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about creating exceptional wellness experiences from the very first guest interaction? As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of welcome in our Spa & Fitness Center, creating an atmosphere of calm, professionalism, and genuine care. If you enjoy delivering personalized service, have strong organizational skills, and feel comfortable in a detail-oriented luxury environment, we would love to hear from you!

What are your responsibilities are…

    • You warmly and professionally welcome spa guests, in line with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
    • You manage reservations for treatments, spa circuits, and fitness services, both in person and via phone or email.
    • You provide detailed information about treatments, products, facilities, and wellness programs.
    • You coordinate therapists’ schedules and treatment rooms, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
    • You handle payment processes and maintain accurate billing records according to established procedures.
    • You manage incidents, cancellations, and last-minute changes with empathy and a guest-focused approach.
    • You work closely with therapists, fitness staff, and hotel reception to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • You actively promote treatments, rituals, and retail products, identifying upselling opportunities.
    • You ensure the spa reception area remains tidy, well-presented, and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
    • You comply with company hygiene, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
