About the role
Provide professional service including spa treatments that exceed guests’ expectations. Provide correct health and wellness information to guests to assist their wellbeing by following Four Seasons Hotel standard operational procedures.
What you will do
· Provide professional treatment as per spa menu offerings for guests.
· Utilize the Book4time spa software.
· Keep work area neat, clean and quiet at all times.
· Provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel. · Utilize each of the retail products safely and accurately.
· Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customize and personalize the Spa journey.
· Respond appropriately in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
· To provide a friendly and professional service that exceeds guest’s expectations.
· To ensure the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed.
· To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
· To attend training and meetings as and when required. · Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Spa.
