The Spa Therapist delivers exceptional, personalized spa treatments that reflect the spa’s luxury standards, ensuring memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence. In addition to delivery of spa treatments, responsibility will also include retailing of homecare products, maintenance of equipment, inventory of products and treatment tools and supplies and acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
