• 同僚、上司、全ての部署と調和のとれたプロフェッショナルな関係を維持する。
• EmPact に記載されているフォーシーズンズのカテゴリーワンおよびカテゴリーツーの就業規則と行動規範を遵守し、また徹底する。
• 必要に応じて部門内の他の業務を補助する。
• ゴールデンルール（相手を自分がされたいように扱う）に基づいて業務を行うことで、同僚や他部署との良好な関係を維持する。

【Product Functions｜製品・サービスに関する職務】

• ログブックおよび「Book 4 Time」を活用する。
• 常に作業エリアを整頓・清潔・静かに保つ。
• 各施術ルームを活用し、スパおよびホテルが提供するサービスについてゲストに案内する。
• リテール製品を安全かつ正確に使用する。
• スパメニューにある全てのトリートメントをプロフェッショナルに提供する。
• スパトリートメントに含まれるアメニティを活用し、スパ体験をカスタマイズ・パーソナライズする。
• ホテル内で緊急事態や安全上の問題が発生した場合は、適切に対応する。
• 常にゲストの期待を超える、フレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供する。
• ホテルの規則、特に火災・衛生・健康・安全に関する方針と手順を確実に実行する。
• 柔軟な姿勢で、業務範囲内であれば他の職務や責任を遂行する。また、ビジネスの需要やゲストサービスのニーズに応じて、他部署・他エリアへの異動も行う。
• 必要に応じて、トレーニングやミーティングに出席する。
• フロントデスクマネージャーが割り当てるその他の業務を遂行する。

【Profit Functions｜利益に関する職務】

• リテール製品を用いて、ゲストにアフターケアのアドバイスを提供する。
• ゲストの次回予約をサポートする。
• 必要に応じて、会員プログラムを案内・促進する。
