RESUME DU POSTE :
La/le Stagiaire Gestionnaire Finance participe à la bonne gestion quotidienne du service financier. Elle/ Il aura pour mission de :
Vérifier et enregistrer les documents comptables reçus et préparer les règlements dans le respect des procédures de contrôle.
Faire le suivi de la balance fournisseurs.
Contribuer à la clôture de fin de mois, bilan et compte de résultat.
La/le Stagiaire Gestionnaire Finance sera également amené à gérer de façon polyvalente les pôles clients, caisse et contrôles des coûts et recettes.
Elle/Il assiste ses responsables dans le traitement quotidien de leurs missions.
Elle/Il participe aux tâches quotidiennes du département tout en s’assurant de l’amélioration des procédures, dans le respect des standards et de la législation du travail.
Elle/Il est polyvalent et a la charge de toutes autres tâches ou responsabilités déléguées par le Directeur Administratif et Financier, son Adjoint ou par le Directeur Général.
