OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Le/la Stagiaire Commis Room Service a en charge le service en chambre des clients de l’hôtel dans le respect de nos critères de qualité, ainsi que le service des mini bar, amenities et Macan en banquet.
Il/elle est sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de son service : Chefs de Rang, Superviseurs, Assistants de direction et Chef de Service.
Le/la Stagiaire Commis Room Service doit être qualifié et expérimenté en matière de service, faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe, avoir une excellente présentation et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme.
