Acerca del rol

 

El Steward es el responsable de la limpieza, mantenimiento y desinfección de la loza, cristalería, plata, equipos de cocina, de acuerdo con los requisitos de producción y los estándares de calidad, manteniendo un entorno de trabajo seguro.

 

Lo que vas a hacer 

  • Lavar y desinfectar la loza, cristalería y plata utilizando la máquina de lavar platos; cargar y descargar la vajilla y cubiertos de la máquina de lavar platos y almacenarlos adecuadamente.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar todos los hornos, calderas a vapor, batidoras y demás equipos de cocina, así como todos los drenajes, fregaderos, pisos y paredes de la cocina; limpiar, desempolvar, barrer, trapear, pulir, fregar, lavar, despojar y pulir las áreas de producción de la cocina y la pastelería, y los pasillos.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar todas las ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina utilizando las soluciones correctas para limpiar y enjuagar.
  • Configurar, limpiar y utilizar de manera segura la máquina para pulir plata para limpiar, pulir, clasificar y transportar la plata según un horario diario o semanal; colocar las piezas dañadas o excesivamente desgastadas en un área designada para su reparación.
  • Utilizar y almacenar de manera segura todos los compuestos, productos químicos y materiales de limpieza, incluyendo la solución de remojo, utilizando la ropa protectora adecuada.
