Who are we looking for?
If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a team, this role is perfect for you. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready so the culinary team can work efficiently during service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and maintaining all kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, and equipment.
- Supporting general cleaning of the kitchen and work areas, complying with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Keeping the dishwashing area organized and helping with proper storage of items.
- Assisting the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed.
- Following the instructions of the Head Chef or supervisor to ensure smooth service operations.
- Contributing to a professional, positive, and collaborative work environment.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role (valued, but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Orderliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good presence, professionalism, and team spirit.
- Valid work permit for Spain.
