As a Housekeeping (Style) Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and support a team of talents, assign tasks, inspect rooms and public areas, and ensure all spaces meet brand standards.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for quality standards
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping talents
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery professionally
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Czech language
