About the role
The Purchasing Supervisor assists the Purchasing Director in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Purchasing Department.
He/she is primarily responsible for managing the property’s inventory under the Purchasing Department’s responsibility (groceries, stationery, guest supplies, beverages, and fresh produce), receiving deliveries, and assisting the Purchasing Director in handling the property’s purchasing needs (orders, sourcing, etc.).
