About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Paris within the Bar Department in Paris, the Bar Supervisor will be personally involved in all operational aspects to ensure that all service steps are followed and that every guest is delighted. Additionally, the Supervisor will support the Bar Management with administrative tasks or any other duties required under the direction of their Manager.

As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experience.
• Oversee and support the bar team during service, providing guidance and ensuring staff follow company standards.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
