Función General:
Asegurarse de que las bodegas funcionen de manera fluida y eficiente.

Emitir, almacenar, fijar precios y rotar todos los bienes entrantes para el hotel y mantener un buen equilibrio entre los niveles de inventario y las cantidades disponibles según las necesidades del negocio.
Requisitos:
Experiencia de al menos dos años de empleo a tiempo completo en un puesto similar en la industria hotelera.
Licenciatura en administracion.
Se requiere conocimiento de y capacidad para operar equipos informáticos.
Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Asegurarse de que todas las políticas locales y corporativas, reglas, controles internos y procedimientos, y salvaguardas relacionados con el Departamento de Compras se cumplan.
Debe ser capaz de realizar todas las tareas que normalmente realiza el Personal de Almacén y el Recepcionista.
Supervisar/trabajar junto con los empleados del almacén para garantizar que toda la mercancía entrante esté fechada, etiquetada con precios y rotada en todas las circunstancias.
Mantener una correcta rotulación de todos los artículos del almacén para facilitar el reabastecimiento y la rotación de existencias.
Trabajar junto con los empleados del almacén para asegurar que todas las requisiciones sean atendidas de manera oportuna, de acuerdo con las horas del almacén y las solicitudes de los puntos de venta.
Extender todas las requisiciones a diario y actualizar el sistema de inventario computarizado.
Trabajar estrechamente con el área de Recepción para asegurar un intercambio fluido de los productos de Recepción al Almacén.
