The Sushi chef is responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes in accordance with Accor Culinary standards. The role supports exceptional guest dining experiences, ensures food safety and hygiene, maintains product consistency, and exemplifies Accor’s Heartist values in daily interactions.
