About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving end‑to‑end hiring success across the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale by developing and managing a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy. This role will partner closely with Hiring Managers to provide coaching, deliver Talent Acquisition learning and development programs, and ensure consistent adoption of best practices. Working collaboratively with the corporate Talent Acquisition team to ensure they implement effective, inclusive recruitment strategies and leverage internal and external tools to attract diverse, high‑quality talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager is accountable for the full recruitment lifecycle and contributes to our mission by delivering high performing team members to drive business results.
