Es el encargado de realizar el mantenimiento y reparación del hotel, especialmente en trabajos de pintura y estructuras livianas, garantizando el buen estado de los cielos rasos, paredes falsas y acabados en general. Ejecuta labores de resane, nivelado, preparación y aplicación de pintura, asegurando una apariencia óptima de las instalaciones. Además, demuestra habilidad en el uso y cuidado de herramientas, así como en la operación de equipos como escaleras, andamios y manlift, contribuyendo al mantenimiento seguro y eficiente del hotel.
