O Técnico de Manutenção dará suporte nas atividades gerais de manutenção, garantindo condições adequadas de ferramentas, equipamentos e áreas de trabalho em todo o hotel.
O que você irá fazer?
Como Técnico de Manutenção, você dará suporte ao Departamento de Engenharia para assegurar uma experiência operacional excepcional em todo o hotel. Especificamente, você executará as seguintes atividades de acordo com os mais altos padrões:
Realizar atividades diárias de manutenção geral nos apartamentos e nas áreas públicas do hotel;
Responder prontamente a chamados de manutenção e emergências;
Realizar rondas e inspeções periódicas no hotel para garantir que todos os equipamentos estejam funcionando corretamente;
Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de Engenharia em projetos e cronogramas;
Manter todas as ferramentas, equipamentos e áreas de trabalho em condições adequadas;
Cumprir todas as normas de Saúde e Segurança do departamento e do hotel;
Demonstrar excelência no atendimento ao cliente ao interagir com os hóspedes;
Executar outras atividades conforme solicitado pelo Engenheiro Chefe, garantindo o bom funcionamento do hotel.
