About the location:

Purpose

Provide a fun, safe and interesting environment for teenagers of 10 years and above to enjoy while complying with all four Seasons Standards and policies.

Job Responsibilities

General

1. Is directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his/her area of work

2. Where applicable, acts as shift leader; leads and motivates colleagues by example and promotes teamwork

3. Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness

4. Actively offers operational, employee and customer (internal and external) related feedback to management

5. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule

6. Adheres to the hotel’s code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards

7. Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk Actively participates in briefings and meetings; facilitates communication between employees and management

8. Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment Performs any additional duties as assigned Performs any other cognate duties as and when required.

Departmental

1. Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (including: swimming, outdoor games and activities, arts and crafts) based on ages and skill level of children ensuring safety of children.

2. Attends to guests requests in a precise and efficient manner; provides insightful information to internal and external customers

3. Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area; maintains strict discretion; promote hotel services and products

4. Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; ensures speedy and accurate follow up where required; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction; reports and notifies all glitches to Supervisor and Manager for further follow up

5. Inspects and ensures the work area is in good physical repair; reports defects and ensures timely rectification

6. Play a variety of sports and recreational activities
