Therapist

• To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual. Leading group and private yoga classes with a focus on alignment, breathwork, and modifications to suit different levels and abilities.
• Assess the condition and fitness of your guests and tailor yoga sequences that will address their needs and physical condition.
• Competent to lead classes for pregnant women, children, teenagers, older people and those with special needs.
• To perform quality treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
• To recommend products and services suitable to the guest’s specific needs.
• To ensure the cleanliness, room set-up and hygiene in work areas is being followed according to Standard.
• Assessing client needs and contraindications before treatments to ensure safety.
• You are passionate about positively influencing the wellbeing of yourself and your guests.
• You have a keen interest in holistic therapies and love passing on your knowledge and skills to others.
• Eager to combine your energy to deliver truly outstanding yoga sessions and will be able to demonstrate the qualities and experience to others.
• Can perform Ayurvedic treatments in the areas of massage therapy for Spa Guest

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort.
• Certified in Yoga and Spa Therapy
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
• A friendly, outgoing person, able to involve and support operations.
• Familiar with Spa Software operation and Micros.
