Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Female Thai National Yoga and Massage Therapist to join our Spa and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional yoga and traditional Thai massage therapy to our guests, contributing to an overall enriching and relaxing experience. The therapist will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring the wellbeing of all clients, and creating a serene environment in line with the hotel’s wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and high-quality yoga sessions tailored to individual guest needs, including private and group sessions.
• Perform traditional Thai massage therapies, ensuring a therapeutic and relaxing experience for guests.
• Offer personalized wellness advice to guests regarding yoga, relaxation techniques, and massage treatments.
• Ensure all treatments are performed with a high level of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the treatment areas and wellness facilities.
• Collaborate with the spa team to develop and refine wellness packages.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on wellness trends and spa services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, respecting confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel’s values, culture, and wellness philosophy at all times.

Requirements:

• Female Thai National (due to the cultural and therapeutic nature of the treatments).
• Proven experience in yoga instruction and Thai massage therapy
• Certification in yoga and Thai massage therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of health and wellness principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English (additional languages are a plus).
• A passion for wellness and a genuine desire to improve guests’ health and well-being
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
• Knowledge of other massage techniques or wellness treatments is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the wellness or hospitality industry.
