Tours Guide Assistant

Cooinda Lodge Kakadu is a unique resort nestled in the heart of Kakadu National Park, Northern Territory, Australia. Under a Accor’s Hotel Management Agreement in partnership with the Djigardaba Enterprise Aboriginal Corporation, it offers guests a gateway to explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed park. • Assist with tour readiness by cleaning, refueling, and detailing vehicles and vessels to ensure safety and presentation.
• Support guest onboarding processes, including compliance with permit conditions and safety procedures.
• Provide operational support to the Tours team and assist with guiding activities as trained and qualified.
• Deliver tourism experiences that increase visitor numbers and extend visitor stay, upselling other services and facilities of the property/park to visitors and guests at all opportunities.

Essential :

• 1-2 years successful experience in a similar role or front of house operations with a particular focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to perform physical duties including cleaning, refueling, and equipment handling
