Who we are looking for…

What are your responsibilities are…

• Perform turndown service in assigned rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation.
• Prepare the room for the evening (open beds, adjust lighting and curtains, refresh amenities, etc.) to create a cozy atmosphere.
• Refresh and maintain bathrooms and guest areas to impeccable standards.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally, and with discretion.
• Report maintenance issues or technical concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures and standards.
• Handle lost and found items in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

What we want from you…

• Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering flawless service.
• Ideally, previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably within hotels or similar environments.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage time efficiently.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to guest service.
• Basic English knowledge is an asset; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
