About The Role:

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced People and Culture Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.

What You Will Offer:

• Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel
• Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors
• Safely Park and retrieve cars from our underground garage
• Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner
• Assist with day-to-day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions
• What you will bring:
• A “gift of the gab” and great guest engagement skills
• Flexibility to be able to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis
• A passion to provide a memorable guest experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg
• Must have a driver’s license and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles.

Schedule & Hours:
Full–time job with 5 working days a week.
