What will I be doing?
Vice President Americas Business Development, Hilton Supply Management (HSM) will serve as a member of the HSM senior leadership team and drive the overall creation and delivery of HSM’s go-to-market and customer management strategy. This position will develop a group of customer engagement specialists and strategic account managers to lead our growth strategy and enter new markets while delivering outstanding customer service. You will report to the Global Head of HSM and collaborate with all partners and senior-level executives to promote and successfully market the HSM brand. The position will have 5-6 direct reports and lead a team of 20+ individuals across the Americas regions.
