The Villa Marquis hotel  , a member of the Melia Collection, a  recently renovated 5* boutique hotel located in the heart of Paris, is looking for its future talent for an extra position as  a Waiter/Waitress .

Main Missions:

• Welcoming the customer to the restaurant
• Serve and present food and drinks to the customer
• Clear, clean and reset the restaurant tables
• Paying attention to the customer’s expectations and needs
• Ensure the customer has everything they need.
• Responding to customer requests
• Clean the restaurant premises and service equipment
• Clean and refill the restaurant consoles
• Prepare for the next service (cleaning, plating, equipment, drinks)
• Ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and food safety (HACCP)

Desired profile:

• Ideally you have experience in a similar role (including internships and apprenticeships)
• With a professional appearance, you are dynamic and have a strong sense of hospitality and service.
• You are organized, meticulous, and passionate about your job.
• You have professional English skills; proficiency in a third language would be an asset.
