W Prague is looking for an energetic and service-driven Whatever/Whenever Agent to become a key connection point between our guests and hotel departments. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests across phone, email, and digital communication channels, playing a vital part in creating exceptional and personalized guest experiences.

You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and delivering service in the spirit of the W brand promise: Whatever they want, whenever they want it. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main communication hub between guests and all hotel departments
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and route requests efficiently
  • Record, process, and coordinate all guest requests, inquiries, and issues using hotel systems
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service in line with the W brand experience
  • Follow up on guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Deliver service with personality, warmth, and confidence, reflecting the W brand spirit
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and internal teams
  • Support a seamless guest journey by ensuring timely responses across all communication channels
  • Cooperating mainly with Food and Beverage department, In-Room dining, Style and Welcome Desk

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Guest-focused mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a professional approach
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Fluency in English; Czech or other languages are a plus
