POSITION SUMMARY
The main function of the Service Express Supervisor is to support the Service Express Manager with the supervision of the overall operation of the Service Express Department including the call centre, room service/in-room dining, the Business Centre, doormen and telecommunications.
The successful candidate will ensure that all incoming calls and requests are attended to in a way that exceeds guests’ expectations; whilst ensuring that all operational standards are met. S/he will also take personal responsibility for solving guests’ issues and challenges.
