The Front Desk Receptionist reports to the Front Desk Management team and is responsible for seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests. The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent phone and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including Opera and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and registers guests to the hotel explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the final charges. Responds, handles and resolves a wide variety of guest requests including but not limited to making/cancelling room reservations, providing information and services to guests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons standards.
