The Colleague Services Agent plays a key role in enhancing the day-to-day experience of Fairmont team members by providing exceptional support and services across various operational areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a supportive and well-maintained work environment.
- Janitorial duties including garbage removal and recycling, vacuuming, cleaning floors and stairwells, walls, doors etc. throughout the public spaces of the staff accommodations and Colleague Services building
- Ensure the cleanliness of vacant staff housing units meets standards
- Daily sorting, organizing and issuing of clean uniforms and dry cleaning items
- Deliver and remove furniture to/from staff residences as required
- Daily pick-up and delivery of staff and hotel mail
- Operating the colleague shuttle between the Chateau and Lake Louise village on a regular scheduled basis
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence (or equivalent) and driver’s abstract free of any demerits
- Willingness and ability to gain an Alberta Class 4 driver’s licence prior to beginning employment or within 3 months of commencement
- Ability to lift, carry and move large and heavy items on a regular basis
