Based out of Fairmont Pacific Rim, this position is accountable for managing the total sales, advertising and promotional efforts within the Pacific Northwest Region; Fairmont Pacific Rim, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Fairmont Waterfront, Fairmont Vancouver Airport and Fairmont Empress. This includes the generation of all revenues consistent with hotel and company objectives; implementation of sales performance management systems; coordination of hotel’s participation in local, regional, national and international advertising; direction of all media and publicity events. As Regional Director, Sales & Marketing you will oversees the activities of property-based Directors of Sales & Marketing to ensure compliance to standards and procedures, monitors and analyzes sales and marketing activities against goals and takes action to deliver and exceed annual planned revenue goals.
