The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms. As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
An “Ambassador” for the Residence, who is insightful, resourceful and can fully control the Front Drive. One who creates the strongest sense of arrival & departure for all residence owners and visitors. Arranges for cars to be parked or retrieved. Arranges transportation for arriving and departing guests, assures that front services staff are swift and efficient.
