Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
–At least two years’ experience at Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef level
–Experience with high end Modern American, European and/or Asian food is desired
-Computer literacy is also a must with previous experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Inventory and Payroll systems
-Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Proven track record of success in stand alone restaurants and/or individual restaurants within hotels
