Serve as a liaison between the client, the catering team, and other departments to ensure event needs are met.
Coordinate the logistical aspects of meetings and events, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and signage.
Assist organizers, guests, and clients with all their needs throughout the event, providing personalized service and anticipating their needs.
Oversee and coordinate event timing and activities to ensure their smooth execution.
Our Meeting Concierge is responsible for ensuring that meetings and events organized at the hotel run smoothly, providing personalized assistance to organizers and participants throughout the event.
You must be a professional in tourism and hotel management or a related field, with more than three years of experience in the luxury hotel industry or similar, with a focus on event or banquet coordination.
As skills, our Meeting Concierge must have knowledge of event management, interpersonal skills, and customer service.
Finally, as an essential requirement, you must have fluent and conversational English.
