Atendimento telefônico e direcionamento das chamadas aos ramais correspondentes. Abertura de chamados para serviços internos, acompanhamento e fornecimento de feedback sobre os serviços realizados e pendentes. Registro e gerenciamento de pedidos no Room Service, bem como o processamento de itens encontrados (Achados e Perdidos). Atendimento e distribuição de demandas aos demais departamentos por meio do sistema interno. Elaboração do informativo diário Fairmont News e gerenciamento de reservas nos pontos de venda do hotel, entre outras atividades inerentes à função.
Experiência na função em hotelaria de luxo;
Inglês fluente;
Espanhol intermediário/avançado;
Disponibilidade de horário.
