The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking its next Food and Beverage Manager to help lead the team at Zeta Asia and the lobby bar, Myth!
In this role, you will oversee a Food and Beverage Supervisor and a team of 20 hourly team members, reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
The ideal candidate is a humble, service-driven leader with 5+ years of food and beverage management experience, ideally in high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel settings. They bring strong skills in scheduling, inventory, ordering, training, and beverage management, along with a genuine passion for guest service and team development. Experience with Asian fusion cuisine, fine dining, private events, and convention business is a plus. A collaborative mindset and an interest in cross-departmental partnerships are also highly valued.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant and bar operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
