Food and Beverage Supervisor

The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking their next Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead their grab-and-go marketplace, Muse!

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized leader with experience in high-volume coffee shop, grab-and-go marketplace, or retail operations. They will oversee daily operations, lead a team of 10–12, and ensure alignment with Hilton and Starbucks standards. Strong product knowledge, trend awareness, and experience with ordering, inventory control, and product rotation are essential. The candidate should foster a positive, accountable culture, support team morale, and be ready to step in during busy periods. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
